As part of our
church's "40 Days of Community" season, our small group spent a day helping to build a house with Habitat for Humanity. It was quite interesting - since I personally know very little about home construction (ok, basically nothing at all), there were quite a few times when most of us were standing around doing nothing. But it was a satisfying feeling putting up drywall...even if it took us five times longer than the professionals in the other room. ;-)
We had to get up early to get started, and this was the sunrise I saw on the way there. I really wish I would had my "real" camera (the Nikon D200) to take some pictures.
