These are our photos from our sixth day in Japan. This particular day we saw quite a few things, so it was hard to get the pictures down to a manageable number. Himeji Castle in particular was so beautiful I kept more near-duplicates than I would have normally.
Apparently back when Himeji castle was originally built, the castle grounds came out this way - which is quite a ways from where it starts now. The moat was in front of the stone wall on the left.
